| Elsie came to my house to wish me happy birthday. Mummy gave us birthday cake. Then I went to Dunlop. Christine came to wish me happy birthday and Isabel brought in another birthday cake. Chocolate! I got lots of lovely birthday presents from Spain. | ||||||

| 9th May, Swallow Hotel. Inclusion held a planning day for me with Frances, Liz, Gordon, Ian, Karen, Mum, Christine, Alfred and the community nurse. | ||||||
